Site Visit to determine your needs, survey the existing house, and take measurements. | |

Preliminary Drawings show the proposed plan. These may be depicted in a 3-D format, and mutliple design schemes can be presented. | |

Construction Drawings show a contractor the structural elements of the design, and are suitable for obtaining a building permit from the CBJ Building Department. | |

Cost of Services: An estimate for the plans will be provided during the site visit. | |
